Backpacking Adventures

Welcome to the newest section of my web site. In the near future, I plan to add several spectacular backpacking adventures, including:

•  West Coast Trail, a 5-day trip we took on the remote shores of Vancouver Island, British Columbia back in 2001

•  Backpacking in the Great Sand Dunes National Park  This was a rest day in between a couple of multiday mountaineering expeditions, May 27, 2007.  

•  Signal Mountain - Stormy Peaks Pass Loop      Solo trip, August 28-29, 2009
