    The following information is from my finisher's card that I received in the mail about a month after the race:

    My official finish time was 00:48:12, which gives an average pace of 7:46/mile. I finished in 3422nd place out of 43,994 total finishers, or 2832 out of 20,677 males. In my age group (M26), I finished 79th out of 465. The winning time in my age group was 00:30:37. The average finishing time in my age group was 1:01:46. The national record for my age group is 27:59. The professional winner's time was 00:29:19 (Paul Koech). The 10K record at altitude is 0:27:52.
